Will I Be Billed for the Message & SMS Service If I No Longer Use it?

You will not be billed for the Message & SMS service if you no longer use it. You can contact HUAWEI CLOUD customer service to suspend applications. (You are advised to apply to suspend applications after the package expires because an SMS package that has not expired cannot be unsubscribed from, extended, or suspended.)
