Impact on the System
If the number of interfering STAs exceeds the alarm threshold, the AP service performance is degraded.
Possible Causes
The number of interfering STAs exceeded the alarm threshold.
Procedure
- Run the display radio-2g-profile { all | name profile-name } and display radio-5g-profile { all | name profile-name } commands to view the value of Station interference threshold and check whether the alarm threshold for STA interference is configured properly. It is recommended that you set the alarm threshold for STA interference to 32.
- If so, go to Step 3.
- If not, go to Step 2.
- Run the interference station threshold command to set a proper alarm threshold for STA interference. Then, check whether the alarm persists.
- If so, go to Step 3.
- If not, go to Step 5.
- Keep the AP away from the STAs that cause interference to decrease the STA interference to be lower than the alarm threshold. Then, check whether the alarm persists.
- If so, go to Step 4.
- If not, go to Step 5.
- Collect alarm messages, log messages, and configurations, and then contact the technical support personnel.
- End.
