Restrictions on Purchasing Parallel Computing ECSs

  • Parallel computing ECSs do not support Windows images on KooGallery.
  • When the inventory resources are insufficient, release your parallel computing ECSs.

    The system will send a notification seven days in advance to let you release your parallel computing ECSs.

  • Based on the Huawei Cloud ECS SLA, the service availability rate commitment and service compensation standard of parallel computing ECSs are adjusted as follows:
    • Service availability rate commitment

      Huawei Cloud shall make reasonable commercial and technical efforts to promise that the service availability rate of a single ECS per service cycle is not lower than 99.9% and that of ECSs in multiple AZs of the same region per service cycle is not lower than 99.92%.
