What Should I Do If the ECS Flavor I Want to Purchase Are Sold Out?

There are multiple ECS flavors available. You can select other flavors with the same compute and storage configurations in the current region or change to another region or AZ.

Why Is My ECS Not Displayed on the Management Console?

Verify the region where your ECS locates and select the desired region on the top left corner of the page. Then, your ECS is displayed.

You can also view resources in all regions on the My Resources page.

Can I Switch Between Different ECS Types?

For some ECSs, you can change the ECS type by modifying the ECS specifications.

To do so, switch to the Elastic Cloud Server page, locate the target ECS and choose More > Modify Specifications in the Operation column.

Can I Adjust the Number of vCPUs and Memory of an ECS?

If the specifications of an existing ECS cannot meet service requirements, you can modify the ECS specifications as needed, for example, upgrading the vCPUs and memory.

To do so, switch to the Elastic Cloud Server page, locate the target ECS and choose More > Modify Specifications in the Operation column.

Modifying specifications will cause fee changes. For details, see Pricing of a Changed Specification.
