What Do I Do If This Program Does Not Work With My Computer's Version?

Symptom

Double-clicking the CodeArts Agent IDE installation package shows an error stating the program is not compatible with the computer's version.

Cause Analysis

Your system runs on Windows with compatibility mode turned on, but neither Windows 10 (2019 or later) nor Windows 11 has been selected as the target version.

Solution

Follow these steps to turn off the compatibility mode:

1. Right-click the installation package and select Properties.
2. Click Compatibility and deselect Run this program in compatibility mode.

   Click OK and double-click the installation package of CodeArts Agent IDE again.

3. If the issue persists, submit a service ticket to get help from Huawei Cloud customer service.
