What Should I Do If Error Message "DEV.CR.4043: No software packages available for the build task" Is Displayed When I Attempt to Download a Generated Software Package?

Symptom

"DEV.CR.4043: No software packages available for the build task" is displayed when a user attempts to download a generated software package.

Cause Analysis

  • No software package is generated in the build task or the software package fails to be pushed to the release repo.
  • The software package in the release repo has been deleted.

Solution

  1. On the Build Actions tab of the CodeArts Build service, check whether there is the Upload to Release Repo step in the corresponding build task.

  2. Execute the build task. After it is complete, view the logs and check whether the Upload to Release Repo step succeeds on the Actions tab.

  3. Access the target release repo as instructed in Accessing Release Repos, and check whether the required software package exists.
