Sharing Content and Annotating on the Shared Content
Sharing Screens
- Click Share in the meeting control bar to share a screen.
- On the sharing screen, click Annotate in the meeting control bar to add drawings during your presentation for easier brainstorming.
- During annotation, you can draw lines, select the line color and weight, erase and save drawings as images, and open the images.
- During sharing, participants can still view each other.

Sharing a Whiteboard
Click Share in the meeting control bar to share and draw on a whiteboard. Others can annotate on the whiteboard for real-time interaction.

Sharing a Program
- Click Share in the meeting control bar to share a running program. Others can see only the shared program, keeping the discussion centered.
- On the sharing screen, click Annotate in the meeting control bar to add drawings during your presentation for easier brainstorming.
- During annotation, you can draw lines, select the line color and weight, erase and save drawings as images, and open the images.

Broadcasting the Shared Screen in Continuous Presence
Broadcast the shared screen in continuous presence. In this mode, you can switch participant videos and the shared screen.

Displaying the Loudest Participant During Screen Sharing
When you view the shared content in the PiP view, the small screen automatically displays the video of the loudest participant.


Remote Support
During a meeting, choose Share, share your desktop, and choose Remote support > Grant permissions to X to allow participant X to perform operations on your desktop.

The Windows client allows the remote supporter to scroll through pages using the mouse wheel.
Mac users can get remote support if they have macOS 10.14 or later.
Custom Frame Rate for Screen Sharing
On a Windows device, adjust the screen sharing frame rate for better performance.
- In the meeting control bar, choose More > Settings.
- Scroll down to the Screen sharing area, select Share screen at max N fps, and select a frame rate (N).

- This function is disabled by default. After it is enabled, the screen sharing frame rate does not exceed the set value.
- Enabling Fluency preferred during screen sharing will disable this function.
- For smoother videos, use a higher frame rate during video sharing. In other cases, choose a lower frame rate for less CPU load.
Adaptive Definition of the Floating Window
On the Windows client, the presenter can drag the floating window to resize it. Its adaptive definition allows the presenter to check participant statuses easily.
- Click Share in the meeting control bar to share a screen.
- On the sharing screen, drag the floating window to resize it.


Advanced Settings
- Fluency preferred: When sharing a video, enable this option for smoother sharing.
- Include computer sound: Share the computer sound with other participants.

To share a video with audio, unmute your microphone first. In addition, enable Fluency preferred and Include computer sound at the bottom of the Share content screen.
