Deleting an Account
You can delete your meeting account on the client.
Important Notes
- The default enterprise administrator must dismiss the enterprise before deleting their account.
- The default enterprise administrator cannot delete their account on the Huawei Cloud Meeting mobile app. To do so, they must use Huawei Cloud Meeting Management Platform on a computer or the desktop client.
- If your account is not bound to an email address, complete the information on Huawei Cloud Meeting Management Platform as prompted and then delete the account.
Procedure
- Log in to the client.
- On the client, click the profile picture in the upper left corner of the home screen, and choose Account and security > Delete account. The Huawei Cloud Meeting Management Platform is displayed.
- Delete your account. Table 1 describes the operations of different user roles.
After the account is deleted, you will be logged out of Huawei Cloud Meeting Management Platform and redirected to its login page. If you have logged in to the Huawei Cloud Meeting client, you will receive a message indicating that your account is deleted.

Description
Default enterprise administrator
Dismiss the enterprise before deleting your account.
- In the navigation pane of the Management Platform, choose My Profile.
- Choose More > Delete Account. The system displays a message asking you to dismiss the enterprise.
- Click Yes to go to the enterprise dismissal page.
- Click Dismiss Enterprise. A verification message is displayed. Click Send Code, enter the verification code, and click OK.
- In the navigation pane, choose My Profile.
- Choose More > Delete Account. A verification dialog box is displayed. Click Send Code, enter the verification code, and click OK.
Individual user, common enterprise administrator, or enterprise user
Click Delete Account. A verification dialog box is displayed. Click Send Code, enter the verification code, and click OK.
