Failure in Querying Deployment Status

Symptoms

Error message The deployment status cannot be queried is displayed during pipeline running.

Cause Analysis

The relevant cluster on the Cloud Container Engine (CCE) console is unavailable or hibernated, or the CCE service is abnormal.

Solution

Log in to the console and click Cloud Container Engine in the service list. On the page displayed, click the target cluster name and view the cluster status.

Take either of the following actions based on the cluster status:

• If the cluster is normal (but CCE is abnormal) or unavailable, contact technical support.
• If the cluster is in the hibernated state, wake up the cluster.
