Viewing Customer Information

An agent can view customer information on the audio and video workbench.

Context

The agent workbench displays information about the customer who makes the inbound call according to the configuration on the Contact Customer Information Area tab page. The data sources of this area are as follows:

  • Call-associated data
  • Information dataset (data of the connected outbound call API)
  • Local data (customized data table)

Procedure

After a customer makes an inbound call, the audio and video workbench displays the customer information.
