Viewing Co-browsing Session Records

An agent can view operation records related to co-browsing, including the room number, agent number, calling party information, start time, and end time.

Prerequisites

  1. The co-browsing feature has been enabled for the tenant.
  2. The agent has the Co-browsing permission.

Context

After the first subscriber joins a room, a record is generated, in which the start time is updated. After the room is released, the end time is updated.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to the AICC as a tenant administrator and choose Contact History > Co-browsing.
  2. Access the menu page to view the co-browsing session records.

The search criterion Organization Unit is controlled by the tenant parameter Has the tenant enabled inter-organization data isolation enforcement. When the tenant parameter is set to Yes, the co-browsing session records can be searched by OU. In addition, a non-administrator account that is not configured with the OU permission can search for only the co-browsing session records under the current OU.

    Organization Unit

    • You can select Include Sub-Organizations to search for the co-browsing records of sub-OUs. If an OU with the number of sub-OUs exceeding the value of the system parameter Maximum number of OU organizational unit queries is selected, only the first x (the value of Maximum number of OU organizational unit queries) sub-OUs are selected.
