Collecting Text Analysis Indicator Statistics
The text analysis indicator statistics function is used to query call record statistics after AI inspection is complete.
Procedure
- Sign in to the AICC as a tenant administrator and choose .Figure 1 Text Analysis Indicator Statistics page

- Set Display granularity, Time Query, Interaction Type, Agent ID, and Grouping Condition to filter data based on criteria.
- Click . On the page that is displayed, set zip password and click .Figure 2 Added export task page

- Click to go to the Export Results page to view export tasks. Click to download a package.Figure 3 Export Results page


The exported data contains personal data. Exercise caution when processing the exported data to prevent personal data leakage and abuse.
