ModelArts.7211: Restricted Account

"ModelArts.7211: Restricted Account" is displayed on the ModelArts console.

The account may be in arrears.

Check if your Huawei Cloud account is in arrears:

Log in to Huawei Cloud Billing Center.
On the Overview page, check the available credit. A negative available credit means your account is in arrears. Please top up your account to resolve this.
