MoXing Fails to Be Installed or Is Suspended

1. Invalid version occurs during MoXing installation.

2. MoXing does not respond.

1. Versions of pip after 24.1 enforce stricter rules for Python library version numbers. Earlier versions of MoXing do not meet these requirements.

2. The older MoXing version uses the native Python queue library for concurrent downloads, which might get paused.

Upgrade MoXing to 2.3.11 or later.
