Full Phase Error: read table=*** failed

Scenarios

During a full migration or synchronization, an error is reported, and the log information is as follows: service DATAMOVE failed, cause by: read table=` %s`.` %s` failed.

Possible Causes

Failed to read table data from the source database due to poor source database performance or unstable network connection.

Solution

  1. In the upper right corner of the console, submit a service ticket to adjust the timeout interval for accessing the source database.
  2. After the adjustment is complete, click Resume in the Operation column to resume the task.
