Viewing the BLU Status

Scenario

View the running status and metrics of a single BLU in a group.

  • Status information: running status, health status, and deployment status of the BLU.
  • Metric information: main monitoring metrics of the BLU.

Procedure

  1. Log in to FusionInsight Manager.
  2. Choose Cluster > Services > Containers, and click the Business Manager tab.
  3. In the list on the left, click the name of the group to which the BLU to be viewed belongs to view the status of the BLU in the group.

    The status list includes the BLU name, version, description, deployment status, health status, and running status.

    Table 1 describes the BLU deployment statuses.

    Status

    Description

    Deployed

    The configuration status of at least one instance in the BLU is Deployed.

    Concerning

    The configuration status of all instances in the BLU is Deploying.

    Good

    The health status of all instances in the BLU is Good.

    Concerning

    The health status of at least one instance in the BLU is Bad or Unknow.

    Status

    Description

    Started

    The running status of at least one instance in the BLU is Started.

    Stopped

    The running status of all instances in the BLU is Stopped.

    Concerning

    The running status of at least one instance in the BLU is Starting or Stopping.

  4. Click the specified BLU name in the BLU Name column in the list on the right. On the State page, view the service status and metric information.

    The status information is as follows:

    • Basic Information

      You can view basic information about the BLU, such as the BLU name, group name, file name, number of BLU instances, and version number.

    • Average delay of service requests

      Average latency of responses to service requests sent by the BLU.

      • Click History, configure the query time range, and click View to query historical statistics.
      • On the historical statistics page, you can click Current to return to the real-time statistics page.
    • Maximum delay of service requests

      Maximum latency of responses to service requests sent by the BLU.

      • Click History, configure the query time range, and click View to query historical statistics.
      • On the historical statistics page, you can click Current to return to the real-time statistics page.
    • Number of successful service requests

      Number of successful responses to service requests sent by the BLU.

      • Select Hour, Day, or Month from the drop-down list box, configure the query time range, and click View to display historical statistics by hour, day, or month.
      • Select Current from the drop-down list box to return to the real-time statistics page.
    • Number of failed service requests

      Number of service requests that fail to be sent by the BLU. By default, real-time statistics are displayed.

      • Select Hour, Day, or Month from the drop-down list box, configure the query time range, and click View to display historical statistics by hour, day, or month.
      • Select Current from the drop-down list box to return to the real-time statistics page.
    • Average TPS of service requests

      TPS of successful BLU requests.

      • Click History, configure the query time range, and click View to query historical statistics.
      • On the historical statistics page, you can click Current to return to the real-time statistics page.
    • Delayed status of service requests

      Number of requests that exceed the specified latency.

      • Click History, configure the query time range, and click View to query historical statistics.
      • On the historical statistics page, you can click Current to return to the real-time statistics page.
