Using Shared Resources

What Should I Do If I Do Not Receive a Sharing Invitation in the List of Resource Shares To Be Accepted?

  • Check whether the two parties are in the same organization or whether the function of sharing resources with organizations is enabled.
  • Check whether your account ID matches the user ID entered by the resource owner, and whether the invitation has been automatically cleared by the system because it has been expired for more than seven days.

What Should I Do If the Sharing Invitation Has Expired and I Need to Use the Shared Resources?

After the invitation expires, you need to contact the resource owner to create a new share instance and generate a new sharing invitation. After you accept the invitation, you can use the shared resources.

Can I Restore the Shared Access Permissions After Leaving the Share?

Self-restoration is not supported.

After you leave a share, the access permissions become invalid immediately. You need to contact the resource owner to send a new sharing invitation. After you accept the new invitation, you can restore the access permissions.

Will the Configuration Information of the Original Shared Resources Be Deleted After I Leave the Share?

No.

Leaving a share only revokes the resource access permissions for the current account. The share instance, associated resources, and configurations of other users are not deleted, and other users can continue to use the resources as usual.
