Configuring Cross-Subnet Access
Add the subnet of your client. Ensure that the ECS where your client is installed can connect to the DB instance.
This section describes how to configure cross-subnet access for a DB instance.
Procedure
- Log in to the DDS console.
- On the Instance Management page, click the target DB instance.
- In the navigation pane on the left, choose Connections.
- In the Address area, click Enable to the right of Cross-Subnet Access, and then specify the client subnet details
- After the cross-subnet access function is enabled, Enabled is displayed to the right of Cross-Subnet Access.
If you need to change the client subnet, click Change to the right of Cross-Subnet Access. Currently, you can only add VPCs and subnets but not change or delete them.
