How Do I Increase the Signature Quota?
By default, a maximum of 200 signatures can be created for each Message & SMS application. To increase the quota, submit a service ticket or contact the account manager.
- Go to the service ticket system.
- Choose Services > Quotas. On the displayed page, select Quota Application and click Create Now.
- Select the region where your Message & SMS is enabled.
- Fill in the problem description according to the following template:
Message & SMS signature quota increase service ticket: xxx (account name) applies for increasing the signature quota to xxx.
- Submit the service ticket. After the application is approved, the quota is modified successfully. You can also choose Service Tickets > My Service Tickets to view the progress.
