How Do I Renew the Resources in Reseller Model?
You can access the Billing Center, and go to the Renewals page to renew yearly/monthly resources. For details, see How Do I Renew an Instance?

When you are associated with a partner in the reseller model, direct top-ups or payments are not allowed. Instead, the partner sets monthly budgets for you. If you want to renew any resources, make a payment plan before renewals. If your monthly budget is insufficient, contact the partner to adjust the budget.
