What Can I Do If I'm Not Authorized to Access the Billing Center?
If you are not authorized to perform certain operations in the Billing Center as an IAM user, contact your administrator. The administrator can log in to Huawei Cloud and use IAM to grant you the required Billing Center permissions. For details, see Creating a User Group and Assigning Permissions.
