Why Is the Last-Hour Expenditure Data Missing from the Bill Pushed to the OBS on the Last Day of the Last Month?

Only expenditure data of settled transactions is included in the daily bills pushed to the OBS. The transactions from the last hour on the last day of each month will be settled at the beginning of the next month. The expenditure data of those transactions is included in the monthly bill issued on the third day of the last month. If the sum of the expenditures in all daily bills is different with the expenditure in the monthly bill, you are advised to use the data in the monthly bill.
