Parameter Explanation

DCS instance data is backed up automatically based on configured backup policies.

Parameter

Description

Backup Schedule

Day of a week on which data in the chosen DCS instance is automatically backed up.

Specify a day or multiple days of a week as required. For example: If you select Monday, automatic backup will be performed on each Monday; If you select All, automatic backup will be performed every day.

Retention Period (days)

The number of days that automatically backed up data is retained.

Enter 1–7. Deleted data cannot be restored.

Start Time

Time at which automatic backup starts. Value: the full hour between 00:00 to 23:00

Backup tasks are executed within one hour after the start time. You are advised to set a start time out of peak hours.
