Layer 4 Load Balancer ID

It specifies the ID of a Layer 4 dedicated load balancer that is created automatically. It has the same function as l4_flavor_name and specifies the flavor of a load balancer. Configure either of these parameters. If l4_flavor_name and l4_flavor_id are both configured, the value of l4_flavor_name is used.
