Configuring Function Page Templates

Constraints

• The preset system function page templates cannot be edited or deleted.
• The function page templates of IPD-self-operated software/cloud service projects cannot be copied.

Prerequisites

You must have the permissions of the Tenant Administrator role. For details about how to assign the Tenant Administrator role to a user, see Creating a User Group and Assigning Permissions.

Creating a Function Page Template

1. Access the CodeArts Req homepage and click .
2. Choose All Account Settings.
3. Choose Work Item Management > Template Settings > Function Page Templates. The existing function page templates are displayed.
4. Click Create Function Page Template.
5. On the displayed page, set the function pages to be contained in the function page template to be created. The corresponding menu items will be displayed in the project that uses the current function page template.
   1. Set Template Name.
   2. Set the function pages to be displayed. In the All Function Pages area under Function Page, select the function pages to be displayed and click to move them to the Selected function page area.
   3. Set Description. The following figure shows an example of the configuration result.

      

6. Click Release. The new function page template is displayed in the list.
   You can perform the following operations on a new template.

   Operation	Description
   Modify function page template	Click to modify the Template Name, Function Page, and Description.
   Copy function page template	Click to copy the function page template.
   Delete function page template	Click , read the prompt information, and click Delete. NOTE: If the current function page template has been associated with a project template, cancel association in the project template configuration before deleting it.
