Modifying the Payment Method of a Member Account
The payment method of a member account can be automatic or manual. A master account can change the payment method of its member accounts.
Procedure
- Go to the Organizations and Accounts page.
- Locate an organization whose member account's payment method needs to be changed, and click Expand All next to the number of associated accounts.
- Locate the member account whose payment method is to be modified and choose More > Modify Payment Method in the Operation column.
The Modify Payment Method dialog box is displayed.
- Select a payment method and click Submit.
The system displays a message indicating that the payment method is changed successfully.
