Creating an SFS Turbo File System Failed
Symptom
An SFS Turbo file system failed to be created.

Insufficient quota |
The file system quota has been used up. Submit a service ticket to increase the quota. |
Insufficient IP addresses in the subnet |
Change the subnet or free up IP addresses in the subnet. |
Insufficient resources in the background |
Background resources, such as compute and storage resources, have reached the upper limit. Submit a service ticket. |
