Can I Change the VPC and Subnet that My RDS for SQL Server Instance Belongs To?
No. The VPC and subnet cannot be changed after an RDS for SQL Server instance is created.
However, you can restore data from a full backup to a new DB instance to use another VPC or subnet. For operation details, see Restoring a DB Instance from Backups.
