Arrears

Your account goes into arrears when the balance is insufficient to cover the bill. To continue using cloud services, top up your account in a timely manner. Prepaid services do not involve arrears.

If the service is billed based on usage duration, your account will go into arrears when the balance is insufficient to cover the bill. Pangu NLP models do not involve physical resources and therefore do not have a grace period. If you continue to call services after your account is in arrears, your account will be frozen and enter the retention period. During this period, pay-per-use resources will not be available. You can continue using the service after the renewal. However, the renewal takes effect at the original expiration time. You will be billed for the period from when the resources enter the retention period until the renewal is completed.

If your account is in arrears, some operations will be restricted. You are advised to top up your account as soon as possible. The restricted operations include:

  • Inability to call pay-per-use APIs
  • Inability to subscribe to services
