How Do I Troubleshoot DLI Billing Issues?
If you feel that the billing is incorrect when you use DLI, perform the following steps:
SQL Job
- Log in to the DLI management console.
- In the navigation pane on the left, choose Job Management > SQL Jobs.
- View the job details to be confirmed and check whether the following operations are performed within the fee deduction period:
- Use the self-created queue.
- Executed SQL jobs.
- If queues in a pay-per-use elastic resource pool are used to run jobs, you are billing based on CUH by default.
For DLI pricing details, see Data Lake Insight Pricing Details.
- If you used the default queue to execute jobs, you are billed based on the scanned data volume.
For DLI pricing details, see Data Lake Insight Pricing Details.
- If you did not run any jobs during the billing period, check if the billing is due to storing a large amount of data. For details, see Data Storage.
