What Do I Do If the Message Indicating that Setup Files Are Corrupted Is Displayed When I Install the Huawei Cloud Meeting Windows Client?

Possible causes:

  • Your antivirus or security software detects the installation as unauthorized.
  • The antivirus software damages the client to install, but retains the client details in the registry.

Solutions:

  • Ignore the message and continue the installation.
  • Download the installation package and install the client again.
  • Disable the antivirus or security software in startup programs. If you cannot find it, use a system optimizer. You can also run the msconfig command in Command Prompt.
