What Do I Do If My Account Is Locked?

  • Wait for 5 minutes. Your account will be automatically unlocked.
  • Click or touch Forgot password to reset the password of your account, and use the new password for login.
  • Contact the enterprise administrator to reset your password on the Users page of Huawei Cloud Meeting Management Platform. The new password will be sent to your email address. You can use it for login.
