Does CodeArts Repo Support SVN?

No. SVN is not supported in CodeArts Repo.

CodeArts Repo is a Git-based service to enable easier remote collaboration.

However, you can import an SVN repository to CodeArts Repo. For details, see Migrating an SVN Repository to CodeArts Repo.
