allowDays: indicates the maximum number of days that a disk is allowed to remain unused. This is a numeric type parameter. |
Application Scenarios
If an EVS is no longer needed, you are advised to delete it to save costs. If the EVS contains sensitive information, deleting it can reduce security risks.
Solution
If an EVS disk is required, attach it by referring to Attaching an EVS Disk.
If an EVS disk is no longer required, unsubscribe from or delete it by referring to Unsubscribing from or Deleting an EVS Disk
Rule Logic
- If an EVS disk has been attached, this disk is compliant.
- If an EVS disk remains unattached and its age since creation does not exceed the specified limit, the EVS disk is compliant.
- If an EVS disk remains unattached and its age since creation exceeded the specified limit, the EVS disk is non-compliant.
