Real-time System Diagnosis

On the system diagnosis page, security administrators can diagnose the system kernel, CPU, memory, disk, NIC, and port in real time for easier troubleshooting.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the web console of the API data security protection system as user sysadmin.
  2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose System Management > System O&M.
  3. Click the System Diagnostics tab.
  4. Select a diagnosis item in Real-time Diagnosis and click Execute.

    Diagnosis Item

    Description

    CPU & MEM

    Queries the CPU and memory usage and process information of the server.

    Disk

    Queries the hard disk usage of the server.

    NIC

    Queries the NIC information of the server.

    Ping

    Queries the server connection status, which requires you enter the IP address of the server.

    NETSTAT

    Queries and displays network connections, routing tables, and network interfaces.
