Verifying the Import Permission
CodeArts Repo supports two permission verification modes: service endpoint verification and username and password authorization.
- Verifying permissions through service endpoints
- Link name Mandatory. Enter a name with a maximum of 256 characters.
- Git repository URL Mandatory enter the URL of the source repository to be imported.
- Username. This parameter is mandatory when the source repository is private. Username for cloning HTTPS code, for example, GitHub login name.
- Password or access token. This parameter is mandatory when the source repository is private. Password or access token for cloning HTTPS code, for example, the login password of GitHub or the access token created in GitHub. For details about how to obtain the value of this parameter, see Obtaining an Access Token from GitHub.
- Verifying permissions through username and password
You can also select By username and password. For details about how to set Username, see setting username. For details about how to set Password or access token, see setting password or access token.
