Managing Dialogs

Managing Dialogs
You can manage historical dialogs and feedback.
- Dialog History: View historical dialog information, including the dialog ID, dialog question, username, and start time. You can click the Dialog ID or View in Operation column to view the answer and reference.
- Feedbacks: View and manage users' feedback on the experience platform.
Prerequisites
- You have given feedback on the experiment platform. For details, see Using the Experience Platform.
- You have created a LakeSearch user, for example, lakeuser. For details about user creation and permission management, see Creating a LakeSearch Role.
Procedure
- Log in to the LakeSearch web UI as lakeuser. For details, see Accessing the LakeSearch Web UI.
- Click Dialog Management > Dialog History or Feedbacks.
- View historical dialogs on the Dialog History page.
- View users' feedback on answers on the Feedbacks page. Click Edit in the Operation column of a feedback record to view details.
- To agree with user's feedback, click Thumbs Up, and click OK.
- To disagree with user's feedback, click Thumbs Down, select an option for Is the question closely related to its context?, enter a revised question, revision comment, and an optimized answer, and click OK.
