Constraints
The restrictions on using KooPhone are as follows:
- Only users who have passed the Huawei Cloud enterprise certification can purchase and use this service.
- Users cannot use KooPhone to hang up or brush orders, or violate laws and security requirements. If related requirements are violated, the users' cloud phones will be restricted or frozen.
- Currently, the specifications of an instance cannot be changed. For example, you cannot change the number of CPU cores, memory, and storage space of a cloud phone instance. If you need to change the specifications, unsubscribe from the instance and purchase a new one that meets the requirements.
- When the Huawei Cloud account is restricted or frozen or cloud phone resources enter the retention period, use of KooPhone will be restricted (including but not limited to login, restart, and resetting of cloud phones). Users must understand and handle the restriction in advance to avoid impact on services.
- If you do not renew or top up your account after the retention period expires, KooPhone will stop providing services, data stored in your instance will be deleted, and the instance will be released.
- Server virtualization technologies are used for app risk control of cloud phones. Such risk control affects normal use of apps. You are advised to negotiate with app providers to resolve the issue.
- KooPhone uses the AOSP-based Android system that is updated by secondary development and does not require GMS certification.
- Currently, the KooPhone Android system is used for mobile phones, bi-fold phones, and tablets. For other devices, case-by-case negotiation with the device vendors is required.
- After server virtualization, concurrent streaming consumes extra resources. The resource consumption varies with apps. This affects the image quality and frame rate of cloud phones.
- The devices supported by SDKs or apps must have a 64-bit processor and use Android 8.0 or later versions.
