Will the Remaining Package Quota in a Given Month Be Carried over to the Next Month?

No.

Monthly reset rules for resource packages:
  • Resource packages are reset by subscription period. This means that after a resource package is purchased, its quota resets at 24:00:00 on the same calendar day of each month as the purchase date.

    For example, if you purchase a 2 TB outbound Internet traffic package for 6 months at any time on April 15, you will have 2 TB of outbound Internet traffic available from April 15 until 24:00:00 on May 15. At 00:00:00 on May 16, another 2 TB of outbound Internet traffic is allocated to you, which you can use from 00:00:00 on May 16 to 24:00:00 on June 15. Each subsequent month follows the same reset pattern until the package expires.

  • If you do not use up your quota in a given month, the remaining quota does not carry over to the next month. The quota resets every month.
  • If you purchase a resource package on January 28, the quota resets at 00:00:00 on March 1, because February has only 28 days. In the months after March, the quota continues to reset at 00:00:00 on the first day of each month.
