How Can I View All Enterprise Projects?

When logging in to the Enterprise Management console as the enterprise administrator, you can view information about all enterprise projects.
When logging in to the Enterprise Management console as an IAM user, you can also view information about all enterprise projects if this IAM user has the global authorization granted by the enterprise administrator.
