What Can I Do If the Qualification File Fails to Be Uploaded?

Files required for qualification review: business licenses and qualification administrator ID cards. Supported format: JPG, PNG, GIF, and JPEG images. Max. file size: 2 MB.
The name of the file to be uploaded cannot contain spaces or special characters ("# '$% & */ | < > & {} [];?!). Max. file name length: 64 characters.
If the format and size of the file to be uploaded are correct, clear the browser cache and use another browser, and upload the file again on the Message & SMS console.
