How Do I Submit a Qualification on the Console?

Log in to the Message & SMS console. In the navigation pane, choose Chinese Mainland SMS > Qualification management. On the displayed page, click the button for adding a qualification, enter the required information, and submit it. For details, see Chinese Mainland SMS Qualifications
