The subcard does not match the slot where the subcard was installed.

  • The subcard was installed in an unsupported slot.
  • An unsupported subcard was installed in the slot.

Install a subcard matching the slot. For the subcards supported in different subcard slots, see Hardware Description > Chassis > Appearance and Structure.

The subcard is not installed securely or the subcard is faulty and cannot be registered.

  1. Remove the subcard to check whether it has bent pins.
    • If so, repair or replace the subcard.
    • If not, go to step 2.
  2. Reinstall the subcard securely at a time. If it is not installed securely at a time, remove it and then install it securely again.
  3. Check whether the device receives an alarm indicating that the fault has been rectified.
    • If so, the alarm handling ends.
    • If not, collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

The power module that provides power for the subcard PHY chip was working abnormally.

  1. Remove and install the subcard to check whether the resume alarm is displayed.
    • If so, the alarm handling ends.
    • If not, go to step 2.
  2. Replace this faulty subcard.
