Personal Data Protection
To prevent personal data (such as the email address, mobile number, and certificate number) from being accessed by unauthorized parties, the ICP filing system encrypts the data before storing it. The system also controls access to the data and logs all operations accessing the data.

Storing Personal Data
The ICP filing system uses encryption algorithms to encrypt the following sensitive data and then stores the encrypted data:
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Certificate number
- Scanned copies of all certificates uploaded to the system
Access Control
Personal data is encrypted and then stored in the ICP filing database. Access to the database is controlled via a whitelist.
