Licenses

The SAP on Cloud solution supports following licenses:

Bring Your Own License (BYOL)
SAP is authorized in BYOL mode. In this mode, you need to log in to the SAP technical support website and apply for a license. If you select the BYOL license, you are required to manage licenses by yourself. The public cloud platform provides functions for you to maintain license compliance during the license lifecycle.

Free development software license
For SAP HANA, express edition, you can use free SAP HANA development software licenses provided by SAP.

Free trial license
For a trial, you can use a free trial license provided by SAP, and will be billed for the HUAWEI CLOUD infrastructure used during the trial.
