What Do I Do If the Network Between the Data Source and the Migration Resource Group Is Disconnected?

Symptom

When a migration real-time integration job is configured, an exception is reported when the connectivity between the source and destination data sources and the migration resource group is checked.

Solution

Troubleshoot this issue based on the following table.

Type	Exception	Method
Data source - CDM exception	Instance status	Check whether the cluster is running properly.
Data source - CDM exception	Connectivity	If the CDM cluster and the data source are in the same VPC, ensure that the private IP address of the CDM cluster has been added to the inbound rule of the security group of the data source and that the IP address of the data source has been added to the outbound rule of the security group of the CDM cluster. If the CDM cluster and the data source are not in the same VPC, create a VPC peering connection to connect them. Add the private IP address of the CDM cluster to the inbound security group rule of the data source and add the data source IP address to the outbound security group rule of the CDM cluster. Data source - migration resource group exception	The migration resource group status is abnormal.	On the DataArts Studio console, choose Instances > Resource Management > Real-Time Resource Management to check whether the migration resource group is running.
Data source - migration resource group exception	Connectivity	Access the Management Center page, choose Manage Data Connections, and check whether the IP address or domain name of the data connection is the private IP address and whether an agent is associated with the connection. Choose DataArts Studio Console Instance > Resource Management > Real-Time Network Connection Management to check whether the network connection between the VPC and subnet related to the data source is created and whether the network connection is successfully bound to the migration resource group. Check the inbound rules of the security group of the data source instance and check whether the network segment of the migration resource group is allowed. Verify that all configurations are correct by referring to Enabling Network Communications.
