What Should I Do if an Error Is Reported, Indicating That the API Quota Is Full, When I Create, Copy, Import, or Synchronize APIs?

Symptom

When creating, copying, importing, or synchronizing APIs, an error is reported, indicating that the API quota is full.

Possible Causes

The exclusive edition cluster allocates the API quota of DataArts DataService exclusive edition through workspaces. The API quota is full in the following two scenarios:

  1. The default API quota of the exclusive edition is 0. You need to allocate the quota in advance.
  2. If the number of APIs exceeds the maximum quota, you need to increase the quota.

Solution

  1. Log in to the DataArts Studio console.

For details, see Accessing the DataArts Studio Instance Console.

  2. On the Workspaces page, locate a workspace and click Edit in the Operation column.

  3. Locate API Quota of DataArts DataService Exclusive and click Edit in the Operation column to set it. Click OK to save the change.

The allocated quota indicates the quota that can be used in the current workspace. It cannot be less than the used quota or greater than the unallocated quota (total quota minus total allocated quota).

You can create 10 DataArts DataService Exclusive APIs for free in each DataArts Studio instance, and you will be billed for each extra API.

  4. In the Workspace Information dialog box, click OK.
