Why Don't I Have Enough Permissions When Clicking a Task Name?

Symptom

When a user clicks a check task name in the task list, a message is displayed, indicating that the user does not have the permissions.

Cause Analysis

When the role of the account is Test manager, Tester, or Viewer, the account does not have the permission to access check tasks.

Solution

Contact the project administrator (project creator or manager) to modify the role of the current account by following these steps:

  1. On the CodeArts homepage, access a project (for example, a Scrum project).
  2. Choose Settings > Permissions in the project.
  3. Select the role, service name, and corresponding permissions.
