After a certificate is issued, it cannot be upgraded generally. The certificate information, such as the domain name associated with the certificate, certificate validity period, and certificate authority, cannot be modified. If certain conditions are met, you can reissue the certificate to modify the domain name and certificate configuration.

If the reissuing conditions are not met but you need to associate the certificate with another domain name, change the certificate authority, or modify the certificate validity period, apply for a new certificate.
