How Do I Disable CBR?

If you have enabled CBR when purchasing an ECS but want to disable it afterwards, go to the CBR console and then delete all vaults on the cloud server backup, cloud disk backup, SFS Turbo backup, and hybrid cloud backup pages. See Figure 1.

  • If a message is displayed indicating that an ECS backup cannot be deleted, check whether the backup has been used to create an image. If it has, ensure that the image has been deleted.
  • If you have not migrated resources to CBR, switch back to the CSBS or VBS console to delete the backups.
  • To delete CSBS backups displayed on the VBS console, go to the Backups tab on the CSBS console.
